lovely staff birthday gift convenient location
i found the staff lovely and accommodating throughout my visit. they left a gift for my partner's birthday, a thoughtful touch. the location proved convenient, especially its proximity to the beach, shops, and pubs.
The room felt a bit worn, showing some signs of needing updates. It's a minor point. though.

lack of breakfast leaflet information
the location was acceptable because it was close to the pier.
I found the lack of breakfast quite irritating. i received a leaflet upon arrival. It said that the kitchen was closed. I find this unacceptable and there was no offer of a refund.

black shower head faulty sockets
the location to the beach and pier was great it offered easy access.
the room was not up to standard the shower head was black and some sockets didn't work i had to move the kettle to find a working outlet the staff were not consistently present on site which was inconvenient
